The panoramic ocean views across to Mount Agung provide a breathtaking, ever-changing natural artwork, from sunrise to sunset.
353 Degrees North is an exotic blend of traditional Balinese & contemporary architectural styles. The stunning interior décor will be appreciated by lovers of design aesthetics and showcases the owner’s personal collection from their global travels. An eclectic mix of modern pieces, which include antiques and Moroccan treasures.
The magnificent grounds take full advantage of the views and surfers can view all 3 infamous surf breaks Playgrounds, Lacerations and Shipwrecks, without leaving the villa.
The West villa, open-plan living room is for easy entertaining, its walls of glass doors leading onto the pool terrace and highlighting the stunning views and tropical setting. (The doors fold back completely for open-air sea-breeze living, or can be closed to create air-conditioned comfort.)
Within the central section, the large over-size built in sofa with cream feather filled seat cushions , timber & hide occasional chairs with footstools, ottomans and a collection of small moveable tables Moroccan rugs adorn the floors of the villa living areas and bedrooms. Hand made fish trap lights come alive at night casting shadows on the white walls.
The kitchen features limed teak cabinets and white stone bench tops, with a large island bench for casual meals and entertaining.
the Two luxurious well appointed bedroom suites have king size beds, air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The main Master Bedroom enjoys views of Mount Agung and boasts a luxurious en-suite with garden shower and custom designed Moroccan inspired cabinetry. Beautiful filigree brass wall lights from Morocco throw exotic patterns on the walls, floors and ceiling in the master suite. The bedsides are antique hand painted rice containers.
The Guest Suite is open to the internal Garden with large robe and separate bathroom, featured with decorative pendant lights. The bedhead is a collection of hand carved panels sourced from the artist village of Ubud.
The East villa consists of a large Master Suite with large garden en-suite and feature decorative pendant lights. The bedhead is one half of a pair of distressed vintage doors; the other hangs on the villa entry wall.
The large ocean facing room is a chill out area and features a large daybed to relax and enjoy the magnificent view.
353 Degrees North has been designed to be enjoyed, in a relaxed Manner, The roof terrace is perfect for a romantic candlelight dinner, or casual cocktail party.
The 14m x 5m (46ft x 16.4ft) infinity pool large enough for swimming laps, a submerged bench is perfect for those who would rather enjoy the view glass in hand. Poolside beanbags, sun loungers and daybeds invite you to relax.
A few steps down from the pool area, there is a expansive grassed area leading to the villas Balinese temples. Daily offerings are The Villa temples the perimeter of the property garden where offerings are placed daily at a Balinese temple The large outdoor Pavillion has built in sofa seating invites you to relax and enjoy the magnificent views or indulge in a afternoon siesta.
At night the area is transformed, ambient lighting from the large Moroccan pendant illuminates and bathes the Pavillion in jewel colours providing comfortable outdoor lounge to chill Cocktails on the large roof top terrace watching the sun set as it slips silently into the ocean, the lights of Bali twinkling on the horizon.
